You can relocate the breather permanently, or just disconnect it while you spray the oil. Blow it out with air before you put it back.

And yeah, oil-based spray is the only way to protect inside the frame rails and in the body, unless you take the entire thing apart. Particularly up here where the good metal is hiding under sand and existing rust. It is the only thing that will creep into weld areas and penetrate 'gunk'. Good idea to wash out the frame rails first actually lol

So wash with water, wait for it to dry out good(park it in the sun), spray in metal prep, wait for cure then fluid film?

Parking it in the sun will help if you turn it upside down lol. I'd just leave it for a few days. No metal prep internally, just the Fluid Film (or whatever you use). The oil will displace what little water is left

I'm at the JY looking around, one thing I'm interested in are injectors I've got a 90 XJ and I believe the injectors that work are 784's, is that right and what could I find them in?

Yeah I knew about the 703 and which cars they came from, and then started seeing 784 for Renix but I can't find what they come from.

You don't want 784s. Wrong connector. Here you go:

I am replacing the header panel on my 2000 Jeep Cherokee Lmtd. There are four bolts used to affix this panel to the body. Can anyone tell me what the name of these bolts are so that I can order replacements?

Oh, and Ralph.... I don't know who told you there was a nutstrip on the passenger side, but there never was one on mine. There are a couple of small nuts welded on the inside of the rail for that exhaust hanger, but no nutstrip, for sure.
There was a nutstrip on the passenger side. Rear bumper is all apart.

Parts book here: http://cruiser54.com/?page_id=365

"Grille and Related Parts Figure 7-710" on page 120. Not sure if you want #7 or something that isn't picture there. Fenders etc are "Fenders, Front Figure SXJ-420" on pages 559-561.

Fuel line, fuel vent, and brake lines run along the driver's side frame rail on the "inside" - same side as the transmission. They're clipped along the frame rail and are definitely close enough to feel the heat of welding from above.

A full nut strip or the dinky one that holds up the heat shield?
