does anyone have a clue as to how to fix a problem with the ASD fuse blowing everyday? ive replaced my ASD fuse 3 times in three days, each time i come to a stop and sit for a few seconds then it just dies, fans work, wipers work, cranks but nothing else. i need this fixed ASAP cause i dont have another vehicle and i need to get to work and back everyday.

I'm sorry I don't have a more informative answer, but I don't recommend a bypass.

im not talking about the fuse, im talking about bypassing the relay, ive read in articles that sometimes people just bypass the 30 and 87 with a wire and some wire terminals and it runs just fine. i know the fuse is there to prevent a fire, otherwise i wouldve been an idiot and jumpered the fuse lol.

no worries lol, i probably couldve been more clear in my question.
yeah the things im seeing is it could be a wire grounding near the exhaust off the O2 sensor, or a problem with the PCM not being grounded properly, sounds like a lot of issues with grounds or bad sensors, ive even seen someone say it goes as far as the MAF sensor. i just dont have time right now between work and looking for a house to fix it so i was wondering if there is a temp fix i can do to get it back and forth to work till saturday when i have a little time to check some stuff, that and its raining all day today and gonna snow tomorrow and i dont have a garage so id be laying in the mud getting soaked looking for an electrical issue.

So I went to the local part store and replaced the relay and the fuse and then had a code tester put on it just to make sure and nothing, I'm hoping that it was just a bad relay and that was it, I'll keep everyone posted on if it goes bad again or not! Thanks!
When I reinstalled my Intake and Exhaust Manifold, I have a vacuum leak.
The very rear bolt top on the exhaust manifold seems to be the culprit. As I look at the front corresponding bolt, there is a flange on the intake manifold for the washer to hold both the intake and the exhaust manifolds. On the rear, there is no flange on the intake and I think that is causing the vacuum leak.
Anyone have photos of how this should look so I can correct this situation.

^ I've been wondering. Here is a pic of mine, 99+ intake. If you cannot make it out, I can post a picture of the '96 one I removed.
