Nope. I only see that on renix and early HO jeeps. I never see that little factory coolers past 93 (based on my findings at the junkyard and meeting members around)

Still have my window sticker, When I ordered my jeep from mike hatch(Jeep dealer here) I asked for the two package and all that involved was the>OE aux cooler, 10"brakes, OE hitch and trailer wiring, No 3.73 gears.

Like I said I noticed it mostly on newer Cherokees. But not all of them. Some did have the factory cooler. I find it strange that some would not have it. That's all

One day i wanna get a d44 from an 87 XJ with tow. They had 3.73. Take the hp30 3.73 and you're good for 31-32 until you wanna mess with gears.

Default front end

hello I just picked up a 1996 2door Cherokee and I'm curious to find a complete front tie rod kit I have a 3 inch skyjacker lift on it which was installed from previous owner right off the bat I know it needs tie rods what is the best tie rod kit to make the front end new again.I'm also interested in installing new bushings but no poly.any info on rubber bushings part numbers would be very helpful for complete front end.

While everyone is on the subject, what vehicles other than jeeps had the 8.25? Also did any come with disc brakes?

Why? Such a minor upgrade and very hard to find. For a slushbox turning 31s or 32s you're better off with 4.10:1. Easier to locate too.

To a search on here for the V8 ZJ tie rod upgrade. You'll find some Moog part numers.

Dodge Dakota and the KJ Liberty also came with the 8.25. There are some minor differences. The KJ 8.25 was available with disc brakes so they're a direct swap!

just to clarify. The brake parts are bolt in to XJ 8.25, not the whole axle because liberty axles are coil sprung.

Yes.

Also there are some other differences within the axle that make some parts incompatible. For example, the ring gear has a giant ABS tone ring bolted to it.
