Ohhhhhhhhh... misunderstood. How much you can have hanging over the back will depend on jurisdiction. Here I believe if it's 2' or 3' you just put a red marker on it (like those flags for ladders or boards if they don't fit in the back of a pickup), and you must have the trailer's signal lights visible. Yours may be different though.

Still have death wobble
Not the track bar mounts
Not the the ball joints
Steering isn't great
The tires I have up front were mounted by wall mart and have a million wheel weights. Could that be the cause?

Think I'll throw my rear tires upfront before I spend the money to re balance them. That way I know that's the issue

I plan in doing most of my gaskets ( valve cover, oil filter adapter and oil pan if I have time) along with new motor mounts.
Does anyone have any tips for this combo of work? Like do one first it'll make this one easier, that sort of thing otherwise ill just go top down.

Go look at what salad said. Your 89 uses a different filter number than what I said earlier. Wasn't sure if you caught that
