That looks like it's the downstream. IIRC the upstream o2 has the longer wore loom out of the two.

Those stupid precats and bs on our 00s is ridiculous... I want to get a header but idk what to do bc of the precats..

What one is it? Downstream up stream?

That's a down stream. I seriously doubt that's going to cause your issue.

Oh, yeah. That's why you're getting that code but I doubt it has anything to do with the vib at idle.

Hell, it might. I swapped out the O2 sensor in the 98 and it fixed all kinds of issues I was having.

Try unplugging it and running and see if it smoothes out... If it stays running smoothly in open loop then you know that when the exhaust is hot enough to wake the sensor up its doing a crappy job.

I was surprised how cheap they were!

Why don't you remove the old one. Carry it to the closest parts store, compare and buy.
