So im furious at this point. I can't even manage to do something simple with this damn thing. How would I ever get that out?? And can I atleast still drive with it?\
My Temp sender broke taking it out to replace with a new one for my gauge swap. Sits at the back of the motor.

probably your best solution is to use a hammer and small chisel to slowly turn the remains of the sensor body out of the hole

I don't remember if the sensor has a hole thru the center of not. Seems like its made like a plug. I'm not sure if you should be able to drive it or not.
Start it up and see if it's shooting coolant everywhere.

Got a question on freeze plugs... How do I remove my old ones? Also, is it possible to get the one, or two, that are behind the engine without removing it? My service manual doesn't have anything on freeze plugs

Hit one side with a hammer and a flathead to turn it 90° and then pull it out. I think your options for the rear are to pull the motor or drop the trans.

the plugs are shaped like dishes. Hammer on the rim of the dish on one side till it rotates the plug enough to pry out the other side.
As for the rear ones, dropping the tranny seems to be easiest.
