You can buy a rocker panel for $50 or so.
I will just rattle can the thing to black myself.
I would just cut the rust out, paint it, and make braces for some jcr sliders. Their new ones cover the entire rocker area.

If you're cutting out the rocker, just weld in 2x6 steel for sliders.

Does anyone have or can get me a measurement on a stock xj either to the bottom of the rocker under to door or to the door handle. Also need someone with a 2-3.5 inch lift to do the same. Im trying to figure out the heigth of my lift but the previous owner chopped the fenders to **** and he cut the main seam out of the rear fenders thats how high he cut. So i need help from some of you guys. Thanks.

Measure axle tube to unibody rails so the tires aren't a factor. I don't recall the stock height offhand.

That's what I would do too, but if he's paying a shop to do the welding, it may be cheaper to go the jcr route. It uses a billion self tapers and arms out to the unibody rails

Id rent a fuel pressure gauge from an autoparts store and check your pressure at the fuel rail. That will gibe you the pressure after the regulator.
Forgot about that, thanks for the correction

There is a Taurus fan swap, that requires little-to-no modification. I forget what years to take from, though.
