I've used the rustoleum spray bed liner on my roof rack, and in comparison, I'd say I agree that it is much thinner and runnier. it worked well as a coating for my roof rack, but it seemed to be about the equivalent of using black spray paint and throwing some sand on it. overall the duplicolor is (in my opinion) better quality (but its also more expensive- you get what you pay for)...
as far as prep work, I sanded the crap out of the interior w/ 80 grit sand paper, however, I realized that it wasnt really necessary for the bedliner. I really did the heavy sanding as more of a light rust removal/smoothing out weld and bondo areas from heavier rust repairs. the Exterior, I just used the "green scratchy pad" (which is basically just a Brillo Pad) that comes with the duplicolor roll on kit, and that was more than enough. All that you rerally need to do is scrath through any wax and the top clear coat. the bigger key is making sure you wipe off the surface with a little ascetone (or similar) first to make sure there isno dust, grease, or other contaminents that will affect the bonding.
if any one has any other questions, pm me.. id be happy to answer them

My 4WD hasn't worked since I went through a mud hole. The part time light stays lit on the dash, but 4WD never engages. Linkage looks good. When I got home that day, I found all plugs at the axle were disconnected.
I'm thinking mud is clogging the vac lines, but is there anything else I should look for? I'm out of the state, and don't be able to look at it til Tuesday. Need it fixed for wheeling next weekend, so I want a couple backup plans if it isn't a clogged line.
I have a manual cable disconnect (thanks to nowhres), but I haven't installed it yet.

On a stock 88 and 90 xj are all of the u joints the same size/part number like front drive-shaft, rear driveshaft, front axle?
Also when doing the front axle cal you just pull each side of the axle out of the tube to work on it and then just slip it carfeully back in?

For my downstream o2 sensor, its screwed into a bung thats welded to the exhaust pipe between the cat and muffler. I want to replace the exhaust from the cat back, can I get a muffler that you screw the o2 into? Like this http://www.ebay.com/itm/Univ-13-x6-5...8175cb&vxp=mtr
