I'm liking the Riddler diff cover. It angles all the way to the edges so there's no flat spot to get hung up, it has recessed bolts, and I've read good reviews about their strength. On top of that, the regular price is $109, and I can wait til there's a sale somewhere.
So is there any reason not to get a Riddler D44 cover and a Lube Locker gasket?

I know I keep asking questions but oh well. Lol ok, I have play in my steering wheel, mushy brakes, and a dirty under carriage. I have reallllyy been considering this weekend, (because I'm bored) dropping the front axle and working on the brakes, figure out what's wrong with the steering and then changing the diff fluid and possibly painting my diff cover and steering parts.. How long will all this take and is it worth it?
Thanks-

Mushy brakes is usually due to bad fluid, and maybe a leak. Diagnose that asap. Look for wet spots ect.
Dropping the axle isn't necessary.
Adjust the steering box AFTER you check all steering components. Ie ball joints.

Alright, my brakes have been mushy since iv been drivin it (about 8 months) and there's full fluid, so I doubt there's a leak. What is it then?
And I was gonna drop the axle just so I could get to it without being on my back and I could clean it and paint and do the diff fluid/paint cover and steering components. Is it more trouble than it's worth?
