ya i kow thats alot, but i really didnt want any viberations in my driveline since its my DD so i went for 1.5" drop and its smooth as can be, i will try to adjust it

if you don't want a vibration why not just do the s.y.e. and cv drive shaft. the 1.5 inch tc drop is a lot i am surprised you have not got cough up on that yet

Hack and tap is about your only option. Do a Google search on NP242 hack and tap, and ye shall find much info!! HTH!!

actually guys i measured my blocks for my tcase drop and its only 1" my bad, for some reason i thought i got 1.5" but actually i was contemplating getting it and then i went with the 1" and forgot all about it, and i was able to look up and see the linkage but didnt have time to adjust it i will try that later

the hack n tap is still your best answer if you can spare a couple of bucks. that way you can raise the t case back up so you don't hit it when wheeling

ok i went ad looked at a really good write up on how to do teh hack n tap but, im curious here...
now i know with teh hack n tap my rear DS will have a really good angle and i can take the TC drop out, but what about the front DS?? its going to be worse than it is, wont it? the reason i did a drop in the first place is with my 5" lift and the TC in stock position teh front DS rubbed the crossmember and the 1" drop helped

the front DS should not rub
do you have a cv typ shaft on the front

only for the rear you need a cv rear shaft
