Default Wiring issues

I have a 2001 jeep cherokee it’s been a great jeep I started having voltage regulator problems the jeep still charges and I can drive it but when I come to a stop the voltage drops down and it is also throwing a p1391 code loss of cam or crank position sensor and I think the voltage is being thrown off I tried new alternator and put a new pcm in it I’m stumped and need help thank you

Start checking your grounds. They are notorious for causing weird electrical stuff

Have you checked the battery for being able to hold a charge? What kind of voltages are you getting before starting, while running, at idle, and at different rpms? What IS your idle rpm? Is the battery temperature sensor functioning? As already stated, grounds are the other side of the circuit and are important. Just because they are attached to metal doesn't mean they are grounded.
