So lately i have noticed this annoying as hell whistling noise coming from the front of my jeep and i cant figure out what it is. this noise only occurs when the jeep is warmed up and moving and speed above 10mph(note does not make noise at an idle), noise is never changes once it starts.... tried on/off the gas, on/off brakes, even swerving back and forth no change.i have tried a number of other things thinking sit was simply a vacuum leak but came up with nothing.... checked all vacuum lines and gaskets on engine no change, i have even shut off the engine wile costing down a hill and the noise still persists...any thoughts would be helpful

Seriously though, a vacuum leak was going to be my guess, but you rightly shut off the engine at speed to test that theory. It's probably something whistling on the body/chassis somewhere, though you'd think it would change with speed. No difference at 15 mph vs. 80 mph?
i dont think there is a difference from 15mph to 80mph... it definitely most prominent at lower speeds... its tough to tell between my mud tires and higher wind speeds i have lots of noise going on..... love the vid tho lol!!!

Look to see if any trim pieces might be slightly out of place. I once even had a similar problem with a whistle on my F150 when a little dirt built up in the seam between the hood and fender.
Well after much cursing, riding around town listening to the noise, and thoroughly cleaning the thing last night I figured out it was my front drivers side u-joint was making the noise... The whistle Stopped dead right after I hit it with some good old WD-40 ... Prob replace the joint by the end of the week

How many miles on your front hub bearings?
I've been through three sets, originals, and two subsequent sets. The first (original) squealed like a pig.

You may want to consider changing them when you have your axles out to replace the u-joints.
Timken hub bearings are good.
