So I took my xj out to play for the first time this weekend, for engine mods iv done neon injectors, bored tb, and intake. Xj ran fine for the 40ish mile drive to work, I loaded it on the trailer and left, went to go from the campsite to the dunes and it started chugging on occasion, it got progressively worse thru out the day. Pulled the badly fouled plugs that night, put new plugs in it ran better for about 5 miles, then back to the same thing, only time I have power is at wot, besides that its a dog, no low end at all, and rolls coal like a 12 valve, any suggestions on where to go next? I have random misfire codes and misfire codes for 1246 cylinders, as well as bank one lean code, thanks

Sounds like a MAP sensor issue to me. Check the plastic line for cracks on pre 96, or the little rubber elbow on the throttle body on 96 and newer.

Ok so after looking at it further the rubber elbow is fine, I did find a couple of troubling things tho, #1 plastic line to the pcv valve is rubbed thru, and #2 my rear most o2 sensor harness got ripped off , #3 I smell gas in my intake
