Ahh the infamous "4WD Indicator Light Switch"
First let me tell you this: Most places have the TC switch.... this is not the one you need. It is ALMOST identical but the innards are too short. The interior contact for the transfer case will NEVER get close enough to make contact with the switch.
I have only found TWO places (other than JY):
1. NAPA But only use this one if absolutely necessary as they want over $50 for the little thing.
2. RockAuto.com.
Here's a link to the 1994 unit.
By clicking the "MORE INFO" will pull up pics of them
http://www.rockauto.com/catalog/x,ca...parttype,10775
These are the ONLY two that I have found.
Personally, I use RockAuto ALOT. Fast shipping and they accept PayPal too.

My bad, I have the 94 link saved.
Might want to pull your unit out and double-check the thread length.
Seems awful short. Looks more like the TC switch length

do these things fail just because the ball gets dirty and cant make a good connection between the pins on the other side?
because isn't this just a floating ball that slides up to close the connection/switch by connecting the two pins

Ya never know.
Might just be an easy resurrection.
Remove unit, spray living daylights with electrical contact cleaner, re-install.
Why not give it a try and let us know what happens, might be able to save $30-$40
