Yep. It was done long ago when they first required it, and I've gone back into the account and checked. It only has my name on it. It's a fault in their system that they refuse to acknowledge. I've sent emails, I've made phone calls, and I've tried having it resolved in store. They have **** poor customer service at all levels, so I'm over it. I don't need to be shopping at big box stores anyway. I'll just support the small local businesses.
