Vacuum Canister
My vacuum canister fell off and I need to know how the lines hook up. I know each side gets a small hose and big hose and the hoses going through the firewall hook on one side and the others to the other. The problem is the big hose that doesn't come from the firewall, where does it go after the canister? It has a T on it with a piece of hose on it and the other part of the T has nothing. I just need to know where to go from there, a pic would be nice too.

Ouch! Major vacuum leak. That is vacuum supply. The t has one line that comes from manifold vacuum and I'm assuming you have a vacuum disconnect axle? The other line for the t goes to the vacuum switch on the transfer case. Search around you should have an open vacuum line somewhere. Also look at my pics. You will see my canister relocation. A good idea. The factory location sucks. Not only will you eliminate miles of possibly problematic vacuum lines, you will reduce the chance of damage in a little fender bender and when it comes time to change your bumper you don't have to worry about the canister.
