cool ill check it out
when shifting to park or neutral from gear rpms drop then go back to normal, but doesnt do it when i put it into gear. i posted another thread about od(overdrive) not working all the time, and someone pointed me to the kickdown cable which i adjusted, and it did move a little, and to check my vaccum lines. rpms are fine anyother time and dont drop or jump.

Clean your throttle-body and IAC first. If that doesn't help (but it will still be beneficial) then move on to TPS check-out, with OEM sensor replacement if needed...
