Uh Oh Transmission...
Alright so today my transmission made a whole bunch of different noises and Im getting kinda scared , Is there a way to tell if your tranny is going out? If my tranny fluid is low would it be grinding? thats what it seemed to be doing in low gear. Its an automatic, And makes like a whining noise when in low gear like i said with grinding. It grinds when i take off sometimes, if i take off to fast.

Well I thought about the transfer case, but its not in 4wd. Sorry maybe the transfer case has something to do with 2wd but im not good with transmissions or transfer cases. My transfer case has made grinding noises before but i never found out the problem

Transfer case has internals moving whether in 4WD or not. Check fluid as previously mentioned before anything and if all is well there then it might be time to take it in unless you want to learn about transfer cases and transmissions fast. Baptism by fire baby...Best way to learn.
The more you know how things work on your vehicle, the easier it is to determine a problem in the future.

Alright checked the tranny fluid, seems low. So I think I'm just gonna change the fluid and add some slip into it. Is that easy or what? Like I said before, transmissions arnt my thing haha. And transfer case fluid? How do I check that?

Two big plugs on the front of the t case at an angle from each other. Remove the top one and you should have fluid on your finger if you stick it in there. Make sure it's not HOT first!
