If you read that article and still don't get it then there is no sense in me telling you. You clearly only see what you want to see.

I don't need ehow to tell me how forced induction works.

Oh so 16 years of technology probably have nothing to do with it.

Yep, zero. When those ears dry out, and you build or buy one, come on back and let us know how it worked out for you.

They do! Didn't you know the whole point in superchargers was so that they could run smaller gas tanks? It's the weight savings you see?

the point is A BIGGER MORE EFFICIENT ENGINE IS GETTING BETTER FUEL MILEAGE THAN A SMALLER LESS EFFICIENT ENGINE.

adding a supercharger to a i6 4.0l will INCREASE ITS EFFICIENCY ON AND OFF BOOST.
What will it do if I am sitting in the drive thru ordering you a happy meal?

bottom line. you are clueless.. and have no experience with turbos or superchargers, and are basically talking out of your ***.

so when you actually put a turbo or supercharger on an engine that didn't come with one. let me know.

You would probably leave the drive thru with more gas than what you had when you pulled in. They are that efficient.
