Not sure if this is too off topic or what but what are your guys' take on the orange lenses up front. Go orange or clear? I think it looks good either way. My ext paint is green. I think the clear looks good with white but I like orange with black so i cant make my mind up on green.

Just as a safety issue, I like the orange reflector lenses better. They show up better at night. Look better too though.

 

I'm gonna stick with the orange for now but not because of safety bc safety sucks. One day if I have a kid im gonna name his middle name danger hell love that name in highschool. But It's a small enough mod that I can do it later if I wish.

 

Clear lenses with black housing and a little dirt.

 

I like the "smoked" look, and there are actually a couple of different kinds of clear lenses. The ones that are DOT approved and totally legal, are clear lens with amber reflectors inside.

 

Well i dont live in the US so i dont need anything dot approved Just need it shipped.

 

If I was at home I would photoshop the white XJ so you could see what it would look like.. but I am not so no dice. I do think the clears look good on white or black XJs.. but dont know about other colors. I guess as long as the paint is all one color it would look alright.

 

I like the original orange best. But I do like the smoked look of that black XJ.

 

fafafofi how do you like those wheels?? They are only like 60 bucks a piece on roughcountries website. I was thinking about getting them... Or should I stick with the stock ones.... im so confused

 

now that I look at it. Those orange look pretty good with that green. I'm staying orange.

 

I like my wheels a lot. I've seen them on a few other XJ's in Denver. They go with any color and look BA. Can't beat that price either. Happy shopping!

well i personally like the orange ones better. even though really i only have one true orange one on mine rite now. it just all depends on what color and what kinda look your going for! like mine is flame red with black trim and all that good stuff and even though the clear ones mite would prolly go better with my colors. the orange kinda pops with the red and black. but im soon gonna repaint my jeep and when i do that ill prolly either stick with the orange or go with the smoked/blacked out look
