Hi, i ordered some parts from factorychrylserparts, but it looks like it have been packed by a 3 year old, a bolt isnt only a bolt, there is different types of bolts, size etc, but it dont look like they know. Anybody with bad experience on them? I have sent them two mails, but they dont respond at all. I have ordered many parts at rockauto, jeep4x4center, ebay etc. and have never had any problem, when i ordered at factorychryslerparts.com i tought it was a safe place to order, isnt it ??

 

There are several people on naxja, who have had the mistake of dealing with them. Most never received anything. Ones that did got junk like you did. I would contact your CC company and file a claim.
teamcherokee.com (and affiliated sites) is decent. There are others that you can order stuff from too. I notice you are overseas. So it's harder for you to get parts. I'm sure someone woul;d be willing to help get you parts you need from here in the US.

 

Hey, pwb. Are you trying to get that differential cross shaft bolt? I tried at my local yard to snag one but the guy said he couldn't sell internal parts, only the whole rear end! WTF! If I could get one I was going to mail it to you for free.

 

Thanx, but i got that bolt at rockauto, and with fedex it takes 2-3 working days before i got parts at my door from them. I orderes some new bolts/nut for upper and lower controlarm from factorychryslerparts.com, i didnt find them at rockauto.

after i contacted paypal the seller responded to my mail. He will check and see what that has gone wrong. If he fix it thats ok, but i dont like that i had to contact paypal before he repsonded to me.

 

I've got a set of lca and uca bolts in the states if you need them. $10 plus whatever the shipping is
