I put some grease inside of the slip yoke and it quieted down considerably, but still there when hitting the gas hard from a stop or slow speed. Definitely better than before. I may not have used enough grease. I still may try a t-case drop. I would like to try a 3/4” drop, but I can’t find anyone that makes that size.

 

Simple! Just put spacers under the crossmember bolts.
