Squeaking Noise on Take Off
Is this indicative of a bad transmission mount? Every time that I take off from a stop, around 1-10 mph, I have a squeaking noise. It's like something under the car is shaking when I take off and then it goes away at 10+mph...
I can tell you what it is NOT ---
It's not my brakes
It's not my u joints in the steering
It's not my belts, as those make a squealing noise and not the squeak I am hearing.
This noise came ever since I installed my lift in the rear (3"). I get a little bit of a shimmy/shake when starting on take off. I have my SYE waiting to be installed. Should I throw that in there and then go from there? Or could this be a bad transmission mount?
