195 degree stat and from 38 years of wrenching, I have found no more reliable thermostat than an actual Mopar stat.
And they're a buck or two more than many of the crap stats you'll get at many parts stores.

Yeah! Like everyone else said 195deg oem t-stat. I run a 195 all year round and never had a problem. There are some parts that you want to stay oem and the t-stat is one of them.

I have a 160 currently and hate it. It's never warm enough. Except when I get in trails and buried in mud or snow. But I have my electric fan on a switch so I can turn it on when I workin her hard in trails. I like it. Goin back to 195. I'm always cold. Haha

Use 195 degree. The 4.0L engine was designed to run right at 205-210 and that's where it runs most efficiently which the 195 degree thermostat will insure happens.
