what brand? most times they will come with pretty descriptive directions and a parts diagram, but are usually straight forward with the nuts and bolts.
i had to do mine w/out directions cuz i bought JKS links off someone without directions.

the old ones are easy enough to get off just some nuts and some force. cant tell you about how to put on the new ones unless you tell us what ones they are though
real easy job. no jacking involved. just look at the new ones and the old ones, pretty self explanatory once you see it. undo top bolt, undo bottom bolt, replace sway bar link, put bolts back on.

the axle tab bolt is pressed it not screwed in, for most end links you need to take that out. easiest way to do that, cut off the bolt head with a grinder, and put the bolt back on and tighten it, then it will come out.

depends on how much you lift it. i've seen people run homemade disco's w/ the stock end links on like a 3" lift. i think that ultimately, you want your swaybar to be level.
