Well hopefully at the end of this you will have a working winch, at least they are trying to work with you.

 

wow so ive gone back to loving tmax haha. i called them and talked to mark, he is sending me, free of charge and shipping (even though its out of warranty) all the parts i need, which is like 8 different things. Im very impressed. He was very good to talk to really knew what he was talking aobut and was amazing personal customer service, felt like i was talkin to a privatly owned business. I am very impressed.

 

Hmmmmm can we say " I told ya so!! " Just messin glad it all worked out well for ya !!!!

 

yea im definitly glad it worked out too. hopefully ill be able to fix it, theyre sending me a new gear moutn new frame mount new solenoids new clutch toggle mounting hardware instructions and i think somethin else

 

I have never had my Milemarker apart. Why not take pictures to accompany a writeup. I have never seen any other Jeep site with a winch rebuild writeup. You could make CF the first. Go Beast Go!!

 

glad you got things taken care of, I had heard they were a decent company in the past. Again its always nice to hear of somebody who is willing to back their product.

 

just got hte parts in. They said that they wouldnt pay for any other stuff, but basically i got a bunch of stuff for free. Once i get down to doing it ill tel you the parts list, take pics and do a write up.

 

Sounds good, the more writeups the better.

yea they did stand behind their stuff, ill give them that. tmax is a great brand for the money, but please.... do be carefull if you buy their equipment, they arent bulletproof, but for half the price of a warn i say go for it. i just assembled part of the stuff, i dont have a camera and i dont think ill be able to be getting one so a write up may not happen, we'll see tomorrow when i continue.
