Exclamation Steering Noise Help.

I hope someone could please help. I just got my 2001 Jeep out of the shop. They had it for 4 weeks. Replaced outer U-joints with CV joints, new axel shafts, new wheel bearings, new spider gears and bearings, replaced transfer case. Both front and rear differentials drained, inspected. When turning right like into a driveway or side street the front right makes a loud grinding, rubbing type noise. Shop had everything apart and said everything else is tight and looks good. Anyone have any idea what this could be? Thank you in advance for all your help... I am not a mechanic and have no idea on what most parts are if asked. all I know is what they told me.

Any online help would be guessing at this point with all they did. If you trust them to do all that work just take it back. And I would do it now before you have damage. After they fixed it I would never go back there. Four weeks for that work plus ordering parts is way to long IMO. I see you joined in 2011. You are the Champion Lurker with 2 post.

They only kept it that long because they have been trying to figure it out, they have had other mechanics come in and look at it but they could nit as well. Everyone is still stumped. I know them personally so im not getting raked over the coals for the work. He just didnt want to give ot back untill figured out. They are gonna look at it some more as soon as weather breaks a little bit as my other car is a camaro and does not work well in the snow.

Everything stock? Does this happen in 2wd, 4wd, or both?

Sure its not just a tire rubbing on something when you turn the wheel? Probably not. Just a thought.
