IMO... Nothing beats a Detroit. Every, and I mean EVERY race car I have laid hands on in the last 10 years had a Detroit in it.

Good enuff for me, I just need the $$$ to grab some for my 2 Yeeps.

Detroit Locker: Dana 30

Detroit Locker: Dana 35

i'd never ever run a spool on a DD. it will wear out tires and drivetrain parts. when the aussie and lock rights are so cheap and easy to install theres no reason not to run them. i've had such positive experiences with autolocker i see no reason to run a full case locker.

I would save up for what you want, arb lockers are not that great tho. If it leaks or an o ring goes bad inside the axle you have to pull it all apart to change a 90 cent o ring. i think the best is still ox lock, and I no im going to get crap about that but its less of a pain cause its simple. ARB has alot of things going on the compressor, lines, electric to power the components, I think thats a pain. Unless you know how to rebuild a rear end.
