Default Seatbelt questions

Hey guys I have a few quick questions. I bought a new passenger front seatbelt from a part out. What size torq bit do the seatbelt bolts take? And also the belt is completely retracted, how do I pull the belt back out to normal length?

That's what I thought. I wasn't sure myself.

Awesome. I'm gonna pick up some this week. I've notice a lot of bolts are torq inside. Any ideas on getting the belt back to full length?

So as far as the seatbelt this thing is tight. Someone mentioned pulling it out slowly? Anymore insight on this. Should I bolt in at the bottom and them try pulling it out?

Bolt it in and then pull it out.
