Dirty injectors possibly?
Find a shop that carries BG products and get a can of 44K from them. Add the entire contents of te can to a full tank of gas. Drive til almost empty.

That's what I was thinking. I just ordered a set of the 703 dodge neon injectors. I've been wanting to do this upgrade for awhile so I'll find out this week when they come in.
In my searches I found a 4.0L wrangler that said he had the same problem and it was a plugged injector? I'm not sure how an injector can fail just when the engine is hot. But it wouldn't be the strangest thing I've seen.
If the injectors don't fix it I have no idea what to do next. Start re-replacing stuff???? hahahaha that will be fun.

Sorry I forgot to post after I installed them. Yes it fixed the rough idle when the motor got warm. I still get a little stumble when I go offroading and turn it off for 5 minutes and then start it. But I think that is from heat soak.

Thanks for this update I'm having the same annoying rough idle when warm. I've already changed out the TPS and IAC and cleaned the throttle body with no real difference. It's frustrating because when cool it idles perfectly but as soon as it hits 205, it's low (550 or so) and sends an annoying vibration from the muffler/catalytic converter area.
My next thought was forward O2 sensor but looks like I'll get a set of injectors instead.

I would change the O2 sensor and do a crankshaft sensor. When the crank sensor starts to fail heat effects it and causes rough idle. They are notorious to fail. Its on top of the transmission bell housing and isn't to bad to change.
My friends started failing and it wouldn't start after the engine warmed up. We poured water on the sensor to cool it off and it started right up.

Look on eBay. There was a guy selling brand new injectors for $20-$25 a piece. The been injector have a better spray pattern so you get better mpg's.
I bought mine from him and IMO I think they were worth every penny. You could make that money back on the fuel savings alone. Not many parts will pay for themselves. I can get you the sellers name if you want.

The previous owner replaced the water pump and didn't put one in. The reasoning behind it is you don't have to wait for the thermostat to open for the coolant to flow and cool the engine. Its dumb and shouldn't ever be done. As soon as I have time I'm putting one in. Fuel injected cars need to run at a specific temperature. When it runs below that temperature the vehicle runs in "warmup mode". It dumps more fuel to try and get the engine up to temp but it can't because the dumb @ss before me thought he was doing a good thing.
OK that's my venting for the day.
