no they have not fixed their issues. you are not correct. try again. speaking of a bad product. RC just UPS'd a kit to a long time client of ours. the leaf springs were in the shape of an "S" and they were brand new. oh ya forgot to say, he received his kit YESTERDAY!

try again. they will not warranty broken parts. we have tried for them to warranty a bunch of bushings and they have flat out told us, its average wear and tear. bent leaf that was 5 months old, they wouldnt warranty.

so before you say they have fixed their issues and that they will replace busted items, you might want to get your facts straight because you are leading people on the wrong path.

i will have to 2nd this one i broke my drivers rear main leaf on mine and tried going through rough country and they told me i mustve beat on them to hard. i hadnt even wheeled it yet. so i went through IRO and they gave me a BDS main so i swapped mine all over. only thing left RC on mine is the front coils.

I totally agree with you on this. Do some research. If your going to biuld your jeep to use then do it right the first time. Dont cut corners by saving a few bucks on the lift. You get what you pay for. What kind of jeep are you biulding, A mall crawler or a rock crawler? that will answer a lot. Look at the meterial the lift is made out of. Call the company and ask questions. If they truely stand behind their product they will anwer everything and talk to you as long as they need to. I've said this many times. Look at my biuld threads. I wont tell you IRO is the best lift out there. But I have not had a single problem with it. They are very resonably priced and IRO warranties there products for life. They said that if boke there product they would replace it at no cost.
Again. RC is cheap cost for a reason. I researched lifts for a few months before buying my XJ. I orderedmy 6.5 inch Iron Rock the same day I bought my jeep.
It's starting to feel like I'm beating a dead horse about RC............................
