rough country
JF is the Rough Country forum. They love RC over there, say one bad thing about RC there and the RC fan boys jump on you in a matter of minutes.
A little off topic but my RE 3.5 lift gave me 4.25 in front and 4 rear. I could fit 33's with minor trimming. Just fyi.

What is with the pack of haters coming out against rough country lately? seems to be the same handful of people, over, and over.
Everyone I know that has rough country lifts loves them, myself included. I would, and do recommend them to all my friends. They handle great on the road, take a hell of a beating on the trail, and haven't given my or the people I wheel with a single problem.

OP, why buy a product that self destructs on it self? there are numerous complaints about the company and you are still thinking about buying from them? seriously?
you must have some $$ to be able to buy kits twice..............

Wow....lots of haters...wonder if they still have the RC kit on their jeeps. For the money, I could not pass up the 3" RC all kit. It rides good and I would buy it again if i had to....oh except I would go with the 4.5" or bigger.

if you get the series 2 3" with the performance 2.2 shocks and a trackbar and full leafs with the cf.come 10% off and install it correctly and oil the POLY bushings it comes with you can get by for under 800 and have a really really nice riding and performing lift!

seriously doubt this. you must have nothing to compare it to. RC is known for the WORST ride out there. I have ridden in many and again they are the WORST out there, period.

I say buy the kit thats seems good for you. Research, research, research, then get the kit, install, and be happy. My 2000 cherokee has a RC lift (installed by the op) I'm going through making improvements and making it "My Jeep". Do what seems good for you and your wallet.

All im saying is I and a couple other people I know have had some not so nice experiences with them.
If you buy Rough Country, expect to replace every bushing within a year, that's not just a Rough Country problem, anything i've ever bought from Rusty's is the same way, just be aware. I had 4 of my control arms bushings go and 2 of the leaf bushings go and I have had this lift for less than a year.
Their leaves sagged WAYY down on me, a little bit at first I corrected with a shackle but then it kept getting worse, like they gave me almost no lift in the rear, I threw out a couple leaves and put some custom ones in and it seems fine as of now.
As for ride, if you dont buy RC shocks then I dont have an issue with how it rides, it's not that bad.
I've never had anything of theirs break or anything, just they need to spend some money on shipping their stuff with higher quality hardware, get some better shocks, and doing something with their leaves.
