Unless you're throwing codes... the only item in that list that I see could really make any difference with the ECU/ECM is the performance chip. Why you want that in there is really beyond me..... these are not rocket sleds... they've got the low in torque you need to crawl up a mountain... not caring about anything resembling a 0-60 time. I'd make certain what you have in there isn't doing more harm than good. A lot of those things are poorly designed and either do nothing or can actually cause a lot of issues down the road.
Just sayin... if things like speed, boost, performance chips, etc. are important to you, this may not be the right rig for you. Sounds more like you want to build an '89 RHD Skyline GTR than a slow, very capable offroad old Jeep.
I'm not bashing, please don't take it the wrong way... I used to build some very fast, very nice Import Tuner cars in the past (and was consulted on their design professionally).... my old XJ is the opposite of that in every way. But I like being able to get a lot of places that roads don't exist. These things if you own it long enough you'll see that they can have plenty of issues on their own...you don't need to help them along in that respect. LOL.
Please note, if you do decide to reset your ecu for any reason... please have a professional do it with the right equipment. These are easy to brick/ fry. And they are not super cheap to replace. Not the cost of one on a brand new car, but still it's not a 5 dollar replacement either.
