Default Replacing rear hatch - Need wiring help

Hey there everyone. It has been a while since I’ve posted here. I need help.

I am swapping out my 1995 Rear hatch for an 1987 one. I was rear ended and the fiberglass was shattered. The hatches are the same, heated glass and wipers. But the wiring plugs do not match up. On my ‘95, there are 8 wires, 6 wires in one plug and 2 thicker wires on another. On the ‘87, there are 10 wires, 2 plugs have 2 wires, 1 plug has 4, and another plug with 2 thick wires.

Any advice is greatly appreciated. Here are 2 photos of the wires. Thanks in advance!
