Default Replacing cylinder head

Hey guys, so this coming weekend I'm going to be replacing my cracked cylinder head with a clearwater head. It's my first time attempting this so I was hoping to find out from you what I'm going to need before I start cause I'll be vehicle less during the process. ie; gaskets, bolts... basically what other parts need replacing at the same time.

Check that you have the tools to remove the bolts all along the head and re-install then under perfect torque specifications three times each. Do this for all bolts that you will remove.
Also, decide whether you will be replacing other things. You will have to replace the gasket for the valve/rocker arm cover and the thermostat housings gasket. If you buy a replacement kit for a head gasket, then you'll get a cheaper price and o-rings for the fuel rails, but you'll get the lower end gaskets, too. I really like the higher end Fel-Pro gaskets. Do you already have the torque specifications?
You'll repalce the coolant in the whole system 2 gallons minimum. Buy the 100% for a couple of dollars more and buy distilled water by the gallon for 78¢ (by me). Two of each will give 4 gallons which should be plenty. You'll need Teflon tape of the liquid water tight sealant for the temperature sensor in the rear.
Really what you should do is find a guide like one on lunghd and follow it.

Reading and re-reading the process as described in the FSM wouldn't be a bad idea either.

I'll second the "buy the better quality gaskets". This is a job that you do NOT want to repeat and certainly not due to the use of an inferior gasket.
