Default Replacing 4 Cylinder with 6 Cylinder Engine

Can a 4 cylinder engine be easily replaced by a 6 cylinder one in a 1999 Jeep Cherokee 4x4?

If it is mated to a ax5 tranny you need to find also a Ax15 or Aw4 for the 6cil.
