OEM?..
Having just purchased a XJ, and not knowing exactly when/what any general mantainence was done, I intend to do a complete tuneup ....fuilds,hoses,plugs,filters,belt, etc. and try to assess anything that may need replacing in the near future..
My question is are there any specific parts, based on your experience, where you would reccomend staying with an OEM part instead of an after-market one....or visa-virsa?
Thanks...

It is kind of a personal choice, I myself don't use much oem parts except for tune-up, mopar offers a tune-up kit that includes dist cap, rotor, and ignition wires for a competitive $$
