Did your jeep Cherokee a/c housing have this panel looking piece inside of it? If so, do you remember where it goes?

I have a quick question, my vacuum supply line broke right outside the firewall and I can't think of any way to fix it without taking everything apart. Will I need to take out the whole dash to get to it? And would I need to take out the heater core also to replace this tedious line?

I saw that you did the center console and noticed you had the door panel off in the picture. Did you by chance replace the door panels from a 97+ if so how difficult was it. I have a 93 xj and I am looking to replace all of the interior (aside from the dash, I hear it is a huge ordeal.) Any help would be appreciated

Big Thanks for your How-To "Steering Column Tear Down and Repairs" I have an ignition key problem, where the key goes in, but will not turn. If I must tear down the whole column this helps me see the inner workings. Thanks, great stuff.

Hey man, I just read your write up on the steering column teardown. I had a question about the lockplate removal tool.. Where to find that? I havent found one yet for a decent price. Is there another name for that thing?
