Default Renix CCV Parts

My CCV system is in pretty bad shape and the escaping oil is ruining the pretty paint on my valve cover! I'm having an impossible time locating the elbows, orifices (orifi?), and grommets for my '89. Anybody have a source for these? Part numbers would be magical but maybe I'm asking too much? Thanks in advance.

Here's the Napa stuff. Seems the parts counter people have trouble finding this stuff in catalogs.

Renix Vacuum Harnesses
The vacuum harness that attaches to the front of the valve cover and includes the grommet/fitting, and is called the front harness, is Napa part number BK 715-1367

The vacuum harness that is closest to the air cleaner, EGR etc, and is called the rear harness, is Napa part number BK-715-1366.

The tube from the rear of the valve cover to the intake manifold is part number 715-1365.

Revised 09-11-2012

And while you're at it, do this:

We all get tired of the oil film/leak on top of our 4.0 Jeep aluminum valve covers. Many times the biggest culprit is the loose fitting oil filler cap. Here’s a real easy fix:
Remove the plastic oil filler cap and wrestle the original rubber gasket from it using a small pick or screwdriver.
Make a duplicate of the gasket out of an old bicycle inner tube using scissors and a knife or razor blade.
Install the duplicate on the cap first, and then the original over top of it.
It will be a tight fit on the valve cover the first time, and may require some persuasion with a pair of pliers, but will get easier with time.

That's awesome! Thanks guys. I'll swing by NAPA today and see what they've got and if that fails, AutoZone. I got the NAPA oil cap a few months ago and it seemed to work for a couple weeks but then it loosened up just like the OEM cap it replaced. I'll try the inner tube trick.

I think I'll do that mod to the splash guard in the valve cover while I'm at it. Just for fun.

Good luck finding it in stock. After waiting over a week for my CCV parts to show up, we found out the warehouse didn't even have it. Only got one piece from the napa warehouse. I ended up find one piece at a dealer, advance, and eventually napa.

I've not gotten to this yet, busy week. Fortunately, it's given me time to reflect (and read several other CCV threads). My engine idles perfectly right at 600 RPM and I looked at my air filter this past Wednesday and it's completely oil free. Can I assume from this that my CCV is working correctly and the oil all over my valve cover is just caused by weathered grommets? Should I still consider replacing the whole system or just focus on the grommets and oil cap mod?
