Default Rear Brake won't bleed.

Alright, here's a run down.

-Just replaced shoes, hardware, and wheel cylinder
-While trying to replace cylinders, broke both brake lines going to them from the box on axle.
-Replaced with new lines from advance, they flow well.

The Passenger rear bleeds fine, no air.
The Driver rear how ever doesn't spit out anything at all. Not even after 20+ pumps. But if I undo the line, spits like a beast.

The Passenger front bleeds fine,
The driver front I broke the bleeder on, but that's not part of this story.

What could be causing it to not bleed, dirt? Bad cylinder? And anyway I can bypass the bleeders and bleed? I ****ing hate drum brakes.

I think you got a bad wheel cylinder.

Try opening that bleeder, then pushing the brake, then closing it.... With the engine running. Do this a couple times before you condemn it. If that don't work it's prolly the cylinder or something slipped and it won't press.

Already did this. Guess I'm going to tear the thing apart again at work today. I'll post my results, and my hatred for drums and fancy springs.

Could be the bleeder screw.
Try poking it with a needle.

Me too.... But I hope not. You really don't sound like you want to dig into it.

Lets just say, exhaustion from working and lack of sleep made it where I had to redo my brakes a few times lol. But I replaced the wheel cylinder after work, and she bleeds! So all is well, and tight.

Moral of the story is, don't buy cheap wheel cylinders.
