Rear brake light stuck on

Light stuck on
My 91 Jeep xj is having the same problem lights or in but stay on I have exhausted every possible diagnostics I can and still nothing can some one please help
ive check brake relay and turn signal wiring my next question is if the turn signal switch/wiring is bad will that cause the light to stay stuck on??????
