a real newb question
i got a 99 limited xj and im getting a lift soon and am trying to get it all togther im a little strapped fopr cash and tryin to do things on the cheap im trying to avoid vibrations so i tried to search and im not sure is this something you buy or modify my t-case some one explain to me what a hack n tap is

not trying to be rude,I know what a hack n tap is but if I try to explain it you will be more confused than when you started. I just did a search and there is alot in there about this.
