Quick recommendations on a track bar. 6.5" +
Hey guys rustys track bar broke at the TRE(surprise surprise). Lookin for one to replace it under $150. I need one to work with my 6 1/2" lift. Any opinions on the new RC track bar and bracket? Or Any others comparable in that price range that I would be able to get in a day or two?
I know I can just replace the tire rod end but I might as well upgrade the whole bar to one that won't kill me. lol
thanks

I do not know of one that you can get in a couple of days, but I just bought one from ironman and hope to get it soon,I got the heavy duty one and for a good price,he is also still a small company and maybe able to build something custom aside from his normal stock.
but Rusty's has some good stuff to from what I have seen.

Yeah Rusty's does make some good stuff and hes a cool guy but the damn TREnded track bar has got to be the worst idea ever! I was looking at a few track bars last week. Guess I shouldnt have talked myself out of it.
Sucks this is so close to xmas too...

I just got the rockkrawler track bar and bracket about a month ago and it was one of the best purchases i've made in the past 6 months (besides lockers of course) and it was around $180. They send you one based on your lift specs so its perfect for your rig. I've beat the hell out of it with no problems. Your better off spending a little more now than fixing an old one over and over just my .02.

Yeah thats why I didnt just go to the parts store and get a new TRE to shove in it. Cuz then Id prolly decide to drive with it for a little while and it break again. I WILL NOT have that happen again. I hit a pot hole this morning on the way to worlk and Im thanking God it didnt break in 9 o' clock traffic this AM running 50!
Thinking either the RK, RC's new one, or IRO's bar and bracket.
