Default Quick Disconnects?

I would really like to get a pair of sway bar quick disconnects but I can't really afford to fork out $100+ right now to get a set. Anyone know anywhere that sells decent sets at a little cheaper price and a reliable dealer?

The rough country ones say they work 2-4in lift on a JK and 4-6in on XJ. Will i be able to run these with a 3.5in lift?
