i think my battery is now 3 years old maybe 4 how many years should a battery last and wat r somebgood batterys

 

I've got batteries that are 5 years old and still good.
If in doubt hook a multi-testor to the battery and read the voltage while someone cranks it over. If it doesn't drop when cranking, no reason to worry.
If your planning a trip just want peace of mind, I really like the optima sealed batteries.
