Another Quick update. I have not run it much since my last update. I was able to get it out today and after a lot of running it’s getting better. I have a long stretch to run tomorrow so I’ll update more after.

Okay so i've finally had time to drive it around a bunch. I've done multiple trips 65 miles plus, and have been driving it daily to work. The rough idle has improved, but i'm getting an intermittent misfire in cylinder 1 CEL code. It'll start idling really rough randomly, the CEL will come on after another 20 miles or so. Then once it's idling back to my "normal" the CEL will go away. The idle is still not perfect when it is running right, but i'll take that over the intermittent misfire. I think overall the water has been a positive improvement, but need to solve this other issue ASAP, i have a big run next weekend out in the desert. Thanks again for all your help.
It's always had a semi rough idle since i bought it a year ago. It improved a bit with new injectors, but the intermittent misfire in cylinder one has developed since the injectors were replaced. The first cylinder inject was replaced a second time just to be sure it wasn't a faulty inject i put in.

Tried a different ecu?
When its running if you pull a plug wire any change in how it runs?

I have not tried a new ecm. When it’s misfiring bad I can pull the first plug and nothing happens. When it’s idking decent it does make a difference when I pull a plug.

Also just a shot in the dark are your plugs gapped properly?

Firebane - i checked all the plugs and they are gapped properly
Cruiser54 - I don't typically rev the engine high, i've never gotten to the red. I've gotten it up to 4000 rpms maybe 4500
Quick update, i took it to a mechanic and he seems to think the injector plug was a little loose, and has the jeep running right. He also said he thinks the ECM might be going on it because the injector plug negative voltage was low. It was 2.5 when the average is 5? Anyone have any experience with this? He didn't charge me for the diagnostic so it makes me think he's honest, but any input would help.
Once again i appreciate all your help!!!!!
