Default Bad head gasket/misfire/knock or tick

I have a few problems that I think are related:

1) I think my head gasket it bad. I found some coolant in my oil. It was just a little bit, like if you added one or two drops of creamer to big glass of coffee. Im doing a compression test tomorrow since its going to be 50 out and its 18 right now. Damn you Ohio, make up your mind. Be winter, or dont stop teasing me with this warm weather.

2) I have this misfire on both cylinder 1 and 2 that will not go away I've tired doing just about everything to fix it. And my jeep always bogs down at 42 mph. ALWAY. Unless I give it lots of gas.

3) I have a tick/knock of some kind. I recently changed my oil from 10w30 to 5w40. (changed in may, and just change it again) I think its a tick because when I changed the oil the tick when away. But I know a knock as something thats louder and its caused by the when combustion in the cylinder starts off correctly in response to ignition by the spark plug, but one or more pockets of air/fuel mixture explode outside the envelope of the normal combustion front - I.e when combustion happens when the piston is in the wrong positioning. The only reason I think its a knock is that would explain the misfires and "ticking" I have when the engine is cold. And If the air and radio is off I can hear it "tick" inside the cab...if that matters.

So with that all being said whats your guys advice? Is it the head gasket? Is it a timing issue? Is it something else?

I'll post my compression results tomorrow.

And is something like http://www.ebay.com/itm/VICTOR-REINZ...item27c0aaa260 basically everything I would need? So is this a brand I should stay away from?

thanks in advance,
-Zack

I could use some help guys, I know that its "not as hard as youd think" But I still bet its freaking hard. So if any that has done one or has any ideas on my problem please let me know, I'd really like to get this taken care of by spring. So I can go to some legit parks and not have to worry is my jeep going to die on the highway there, ya know?

A
test will give you an indication if you have a bad head/gasket.

I had a bad miss, low compression cyls. 2&3. About 50 psi.
No coolant loss.
Head gasket was blown between those cyls.
