You need a pin removal tool. It's a small tube you push into the connector to release the barbs that hold the pin. Then pull the wire and the pin comes out.

That connector is now made by Standard, S-727, and it is a pill-through type. No repinning option.
The issue was the lock was broken off, has been for years, letting the connection get weak. I suspect that I've spent hundreds of dollars "fixing" stuff while this was the real problem.
