I haven't been able to get a response or find a picture anywhere so...
Quote: PICTURE REQUEST: can someone take a picture of the wires leading to the blower motor resistor? My plug connector melted a long time ago and I cut it off. Now I just have the wires hanging there with a new resistor. My blower motor only works in high. Can I solder these wires to the metal prongs on the resistor?

Sorry, I don't have a pict. But, instead of soldering the wires to the resister you can always fix it the way I did on a La Barron that I had. all I did was had some female blade connectors and put them on the wires then just plug those to the resister. That way if you need to change it out again you don't have to worry about getting the solder off next time. that is if you don't want to get the plug from the junk yard.

Yea I think I might try that. I'm just not sure which wires go where.

Well I have the resistor put in. I just don't know which wires go where. The plug for the wires that connects into the resistor got cut off and thrown away. I just need a picture of the wires going into the resistor under the glove box so I know where to connect each one.

Yes! Is that the top or bottom? So I know which way to line them up.
