Default Over-riding the window lock...

Alright I swear that I saw a post/thread about peoples window lock not disenaging and a way to take a paper clip in the wiring (kicker panel) to bypass it so the back passengers and can open their own windows! anyone every run into this or know of a link for this quick fix? Thanks ahead of time

Can you read a wiring digram got to ask that first. the best way is to open door panel and go to the switch wires. to by pass the switch you splice the power for the window lock to the main power thats coming into all the switches. what year is your cherokee and i can tell you how and wich wires to do. i had the same problem on mine. the paper clip is little risky becuse it could fall out short out other switches.
